Macduff 2000 10yo 45.8%
Nose: Sweet sherry, toffee and sugar. Rich fruitcake and raisins.
Palate: Rich sweet sherry and spice. Sweet, dry oak.
Finish: Rich finish, warming with a long, sherried aftertaste

Royal Brackla 2000 11yo 45.8%
Nose: Sweet and herbal. Pine cones and oak. Fresh.
Palate: Again herbal with barley and heather. Spicy.
Finish: Hot finish with some vanilla and creaminess in the finish..

Blair Athol 1997 14yo 45.8%
Nose: Bag of sweets. Light and sweet with some oakiness.
Palate: Sweet breads (pastry), almonds and cake. Light.
Finish: Sweet and pleasant with again pastry and cream flavours

Glen Ord 1997 14yo 45.8%
Nose: Syrupy-sweet oak. Orange peel and orange liqueur.
Palate: Powerfully sweet with citrus and oak. Mouth-coating.
Finish: Sweet biscuit finish with a sugary aftertaste.

Clynelish 1998 13yo 45.8%
Nose: Grape skin - quite fragrant. Marzipan.
Palate: Sweet barley and bread. Icing sugar and creamy-vanilla.
Finish: Long and sweet with pastry and vanilla.

Mortlach 1998 13yo 45.8%
Nose: Rich fruit (plums, peach & grape). Custard and spicy oak.
Palate: Sweet and sherried. Rich fruit and dry oak.
Finish: Long, rich and sweet finish with a fruity aftertaste.
